Kurzbeschreibung

In the EU co-funded project "I-TV” Deutsche Welle-online focused on the development of an Inhabited Internet TV show. A novel content format that invites users to interact with the programme itself. The goal was to create a fully interactive 3D-web environment representing the transformation of culture programs from DW-tv and DW-radio into a cross-media format. Users/Viewers can access the program - its content and interactive features - using avatars that will interact (chat, discuss, play) with each other and with the editors, thus creating a community around the DW culture programs.
